Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent dough sheet
  • 1 package 8 count Nathan's hot dogs
  • Wilton candy eyes
  • 8 strips cooked bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350-375 degrees. Use the temperature listed on the cooking directions on the crescent dough package.
  • Roll out the sheet of crescent roll dough on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  • Cut the dough into strips.
  • Roll a slice of bacon around each hot dog.
  • Wrap a strip of dough around the hot dog and then another strip around the hot dog in a diagonal direction.
  • Spray the air fryer tray with cooking spray and lay each hot dog on the tray.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, allowing enough time for the bacon to get crisp and the dough to cook properly.
  • When hot dogs are cooked, leave them to cool off in the air fryer or remove them from the air fryer and place them on a rack to cool a bit.
  • Add two candy eyes to each hot dog, carefully tucking them under and around the crescent roll dough.
