Homemade Honey Sugar Scrub Bars

Equipment

  • 4 1×1 inch cubes melt and pour soap base
  • 1 tsp powdered honey
  • 1 4 cup microwave-safe spouted measuring cup
  • Wooden craft sticks for stirring (or spoon)
  • Cylinder mold

Materials

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup sweet almond oil

Instructions

  • Add the soap base cubes to a measuring cup to make the scrub bars. Heat the mixture on high in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Remove from the microwave and stir it well.
  • Once the soap is melted, add the sweet almond oil, sugar, and powdered honey.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold.
  • Allow to set for 1-2 hours or until hard.

Notes

If the soap hardens, warm the mixture in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and stir once more.
